OK – it’s hurricane week again – First we watched Charley – and got some rain. And, we watched Frances developing while Charley was ravaging Central Florida. So – I’m wandering around and came across an article on AListApart – cssdropshadows – and I thought I’d try it out. I really find this rather fun and interesting… and it works on different sized images without having to create the shadows in Photoshop or Fireworks.

The photos are printed, and the group shots actually came out!

“Pre-Reunion” – a day at Pine Point (Maine)… We had a lovely day at the beach on Saturday before the big Nicol-Vermette Family Reunion. Nice sun, good company, card games, novels, walks and a bit of body-surfting.

The next day was the Official Reunion…. More pictures are coming, but these are the few that Louise (the real power behind the reunion) sent out almost immediately.
