Instant Pot Steel cut Oats

Instant Pot Steel cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt (I use about a 1/2 tsp but maybe a little more)

Instructions

  1. pour ingredients in to Instant Pot
  2. close lid
  3. Pressure cook 10 minutes
  4. wait 10 minutes
  5. release any remaining pressure
  6. stir
  7. add your choice of extras ( I like craisins, walnuts and maple syrup; but berries and honey work; maybe apples and cinnamon or applesauce and cinnamon and nuts. go nuts!)

Notes

slow release for at least 10 minutes before opening
